The seasoned eye fillet with the garlic........
http://i42.tinypic.com/2vc9phy.jpg The seasoned potato wedges in the oven....... http://i43.tinypic.com/15nrvd0.jpg All the fixin's.......... http://i41.tinypic.com/2cq17i8.jpg Foaming butter (on high heat)........ http://i41.tinypic.com/2460zdl.jpg Steak and garlic cooking......... http://i40.tinypic.com/2hojjpt.jpg The sauce thickening up....... http://i39.tinypic.com/mkbw1v.jpg 1 plate......... http://i42.tinypic.com/4rcbuw.jpg 2nd plate....... http://i41.tinypic.com/a4c08g.jpg It's the first time I've used eye fillet steak for Steak Dianne, we usually use either rump or rib fillet. The sauce was it's usual tasty self. It scored a 9 out of 10. -- Peter Lucas Brisbane Australia "As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though." Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous |

Everything you post looks like it was cut by a 3rd grader with safety scissors. They look like uneven scraps, whcih would never cook evenly. > Foaming butter (on high heat)........ > > http://i41.tinypic.com/2460zdl.jpg Wow. Butter. <yawn> > Steak and garlic cooking......... > > http://i40.tinypic.com/2hojjpt.jpg Again - no sense of uniformity. And the garlic should be in the butter or pressed into the steaks on both sides, not just lying on top of the steaks. > 1 plate......... > 2nd plate....... > > http://i41.tinypic.com/a4c08g.jpg Good thing you showed both plates. -pl |
