It's the first time I've used eye fillet steak for Steak Dianne, we
usually use either rump or rib fillet. The sauce was it's usual tasty
self.

It scored a 9 out of 10.

Doesn't anybody know how to cut beef in Australia? Everything you post
looks like it was cut by a 3rd grader with safety scissors. They look
like uneven scraps, whcih would never cook evenly.

Again - no sense of uniformity. And the garlic should be in the butter or
pressed into the steaks on both sides, not just lying on top of the steaks.
