Barb beat me to it, but my first thought was that it was your muse telling
you to write those books.
If you could imagine them, and knew that whatever was in them would be of
interest to you, then your muse was simply bypassing your resistant
conscious and telling your unconscious to "get with it".

OR, it could be just that you've finally gone over the cliff of foodieism.

I feel that way too. I occasionally am inspired to write
something. Who knows. Perhaps someday it will all come together
into a book. BUT I'm a perfectionist, so it's likely it would be
published after my death.
