My wife bakes muffins every week or two and we have found that they keep well in the freezer if you put them in as soon as they have cooled off. Then you can take them out of the freezer about a half hour before eating they thaw out and taste almost as fresh as when they went in. |

I make the ones we learned to make in Home Ec a zillion years ago. You know, mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, fold no more than 12 times. Janet |
