That's the breakfast of the modern champions. When you are going to be lifting barges all day, that's what to eat first. (The lower corner that looks like nuclear waste is a fried egg.) |

Hopefully your potatoes and beans are just done at that time, so you can pop them into the emptied pan for a few to pick up the caramelized bits. I think the grated cheddar (white) on the egg is what makes it look nuclear. |

Begin by having a little of the egg with a little of the green beans. Then a little of the egg with some of the potatoes. Then a little of the egg with some of the hash. Try to apportion the egg so that you finish the egg at the same time that you finish all the other stuff. And then, brioche with cappuccino! Bob |

Also, lucky for me that I don't suffer from the dreaded "foods can't touch on the plate" syndrome. :-) Best, Andy |

OR fold the plate and tip it, letting the "chips fall where they may." That is, if paper plates aren't TOO informal at breakfast? ![]() Best, Andy |

Maybe I'll check at LIDL these days, they carry many north european cheeses I only see there, like aged Gouda and some french ones. -- Vilco Mai guardare Trailer park Boys senza qualcosa da bere a portata di mano |

I have heard in the south that Auchan sometimes had cheddar, but the only time I found it was at Castroni in Rome at 27 euro per kilo and it WAS NO GOOD. Argh! |
