Trader Joe's is supposedly open for business today in St. Paul, MN!
May I recommend: Hawaiian potato chips. It made fans of people who didn't like either mushrooms OR brie. We have no TJs locally, but Costco carries the Cambozola. Yum! gloria p |

As for cheddar, there's a whole wide world out there if you are willing to consider a non-cheddar cheese.
