Thanks for the idea! I had prepared some chicken and a burger on the grill
and forgot that potatoes are good on the grill. So I chopped a huge russet
into large chunks, drizzled with olive oil and finely chopped garlic, a
little S&P and wrapped it in foil. Turned out beautiful! Perfectly cooked
by the time the chicken was done. About 45 minutes, and one of the chicken
pieces is a breast with bone-in.

I always bake several potatoes - usually 3 - at a time. I know you
like anal, but you don't have to practice it everywhere you go.
