You are welcome, Cass.

Your post puts a lot of eggs sunny side up on some faces here. We may
have a little trouble calming down after our rants. Be aware of that.

I look forward to your recipe.

8 months, you're still losing. Remember it took 9 months to put it
on! Putting it on is the easy part, taking it off is the hard part.
I found weight watchers helped a *lot*. I bought a WW cookbook and
used it. Believe it or not, walking for an hour daily helps. If you
can walk for an hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon,
it helps even more. I see lots of new moms (and dads) pushing babies
and either walking or jogging behind the stroller. Three wheeled
strollers seem to be very practical for that sort of thing.

Two of my favorites.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Hi Cass! I've been not in this thread as I was working on a fairly big
picnic here. Tomorrow is a big USA holiday.

Ah, I had only 1 child and was very ill after so 6 weeks later I was only 3
lbs more. That never really came off though and now I've added 10 to that
15 years later.

Nor me! I love to peek and decide what to make. I just mixed up the basics
of a crockpot to get added spices later as it develops.

It's got about 1/2 kg boneless pork (a slightly fatty cut near the belly but
off enough to be mostly meat), 460G dry red small beans (not sweet types,
just regular starchy sorts), 1 large onion, and water to cover plus 2
knuckles. Then I splashed in some datu putu soy sauce and datu puti spiced
vinegar.

Later, I'll spice it.

Nice! I love 'Fusion' recipes and that one would be a close match due to
the dual spanish influances on both lands.

So do I , Blake, so do I. Again, I get too cute for my own good.

I am basically a wry and cynical fellow. Occasionally, I will break
down and actually say what I mean but most of the time, in newsgroups
and on IRC, you have to take my stuff with a bit of salt. I am not
actually invested that deeply in this stuff. I trust no one on the
Net, not even myself, and I have a life away from the Net.

That said, I appreciate your concern for my gullibility.

Stay well,

V

It certainly does follow the same spammer pattern we've seen far too
many times, eh?
