'Cept I couldn't find any wagyu beef cheeks, so I used Rib Fillet steak instead. http://i26.tinypic.com/1124b5c.jpg The meat after frying off........ http://i28.tinypic.com/209rn86.jpg And threw in some whole button mushies at the end of cooking. It was cooked on the 5th, and served on the 8th. The 'mellowing' time really enhanced the flavours. Served with a steamed garlic and potato mash. The braise had 'Speck' in it, and points were deducted because of that.
