Half a 4kg chunk of Bangalow rolled pork......... it came out moist, it came
out tender.......... the only downside was that the crackling sucked a bit.

But hey!! 2kg of tender moist roasted pork leg....... I can live with that!!

This was (one of) the pork bits before cooking.........

Tasted even better.

It's the first time I've bothered getting Bangalow pork, but it actually
*is* sweeter tasting that 'normal' pork.

It'll be the pork of choice from now on.

Yep, skin on, rubbed with oil, and sprinkled with salt.

After dinner, the SO 'proclaimed' that every meal coming out of the new
toy has been wonderful and she's so glad she convinced me to buy it when
we saw it in the shop!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
