Hi - I made my first homemade pizza dough today and would like to store the
remainder for use later in the week (at least 3 days). What is the maximum time it can be stored in the fridge? Thanks in advance for your help. Jesse |

I made pizza day before yesterday with dough I'd frozen about a month ago. No problem. David |

If you keep it longer, it will develop a more sour taste - which could be to your liking, but you have to consider this. I often make dough and bake some of it immediately, and keep the rest to bake later. We can't eat two loaves of bread before they go stale. If I save half the dough and bake it a couple of days later, it works out better. |
