![]() I finally got around to making Nickson's (abf) Gorgonzola dressing. Get the ingredients together and mix the mayo and sour cream. I don't usually use sour cream so I lined a strainer with some cheesecloth, put it over a bowl and into the fridge overnight to drain. I finally got around to making Nickson's Gorgonzola dressing. It is outstanding!!!!! Get the ingredients together and mix the mayo and sour cream. Export Format 'blue' Cheese Dressing (Or Dip) none 3/4 cup gorgonzola, crumbled 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs dried parsley 1 tsp dried onion flakes 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced 1 pinch white pepper cayenne pepper to taste Mix and let sit in the 'fridge (covered) for a few hours to meld flavors.
