Hello All!
I usually get a copy of their appropriate regional guide but have you seen their sushi guide? It's new to me. http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/c.../download.aspx I'm not too concerned about most on their "Avoid" list except for octopus, which I have to admit I like a lot and King Crab, which is recommended in regular seafood listings.
