I think Lin already made it clear, but just in case there was any doubt,
*YES* we'd like you to come visit!

I always have room for you, please do not get a hotel room. I have a
very comfortable sofette that makes into a bed. I will take time off
work to be with you. When exactly will you be here. I am at your
disposal. I am soooooo excited. I didn't think you would be heading
this way or I would have chimed in offering you a place to stay.
Yahoooooooooooooo I get to visit with Christine.

Depending upon the timing, you are welcome here too Christine. My couch
isn't all that comfortable and you'd have to put up with the menagerie
though :-) Hey, again depending upon timing, I could drive you to Casa
Ranger.....

Depends on the spice aisle. ;-) I've found it in the bulk section.
Celery seed is more common.

To my tastes at least, it adds a certain saltiness without adding the
sodium that salt would. I try to eat low sodium as much as I can, and
there is just something about dried celery...

I'm sure it'll vary by personal taste tho'. It just works for me.

You can also easily dry or freeze celery leaves and use them in recipes.
