FYI: apparently this list changes frequently, depending on the
variables. I didn't know that until this morning. So check it often.

The regional lists are very useful and I tend to be guided by them. I
had not realized until recently that they also produce a sushi guide.
Most of the things they advise against are OK with me apart from octopus
that I like a lot.

Well, it might be more important (even from an ultimate liking
standpoint) to avoid things that are in trouble.
