Greek woman sets tourist alight

Iraklio - A Greek woman was scheduled to appear in court on the island
of Crete on Friday after allegedly setting a British tourist on fire
for sexual harassment.

The incident occurred in the coastal resort of Malia, a popular
destination for young British travellers that is also a hotspot for
alcohol-fuelled antics.

The 26-year-old student identified by media as Marina Fanouraki was
charged with causing grievous bodily harm early on Thursday when she
allegedly poured her drink on the Briton and set him on fire.

Her lawyer claims that she only splashed the drink in the victim's face
when he tried to fondle her.

The victim, identified in media reports as 23-year-old Stuart Feltham
from Swindon, is currently being treated at a local clinic.

Imagine that; she didn't appreciate being fondled by a drunk and
taught the lech a lesson he won't soon forget.

<sigh> "export abroad..." not "import abroad..." Importing abroad
would be an interesting feat.

Ian Feltham, 48, said his son was approached out of the blue by a
complete stranger who threw accelerant over him.

....because we all know the bitchez pull that kinda shit all the time.

Brit stag and hen party travelers are a big pain all over Europe, I read a
recent BBC article that IIRC the Latvians are getting *real* tired of the
piggish Brit drunks. It seems a popular "thing" for the guys to do is to
urinate on a Latvian WWI memorial, it would be akin to peeing on the
Cenotaph in London or the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in DC...

Because of cheapo airlines the yobs can travel all over the place these
days...

Prague was a big destination for them for awhiles but as Prague' prices have
risen to western European levels the Baltics are now a popular
destination...

Who knew that the fall of the Berlin Wall 20 years ago would lead to
*this*...!!!???

;-)
