Chicken breasts, rubbed with sesame oil, sprinkled with (Maldon) sea salt and
some chopped coriander, then wrapped in bacon slices and roasted in the
benchtop convection oven/griller.

Haven't decided yet what the sides are going to be. That'll come later.
