Default Faux Sunday Brunch

Faux Sunday Brunch.

Faux Eggs Sardou

Scrambled Eggbeaters with artichoke bottoms and fresh sautéd in EVOO garlic'd
spinach on a pepper'd and cream cheese'd open-faced toasted sandwich-sized
English muffin with a tall glass of ice cold OJ.

You are missing some critical components of eggs Sardou! Other
than the eggbeaters, that sounds interesting though. Hmm.
Boursin springs to mind.

I just had a spinach pocket-type thing and the usual coffees.

Jean B,

So a spinach thing? You call that faux brunch?!?

Suddenly I don't feel so alone!
