You heretic! Go away and die in a fire!!! Well, not really, but using
ketchup on somethings is just plain wrong. mac & cheese is one of them.

Could I be wrong?

I love it on some things, but they are usually meat based. Something
with beef in it is required.

Yes. My daughter went through a ketchup/mayo mix thing when she was
about 7-8. Put it on EVERYTHING!... including mac/cheese, tuna
casserole ....you name it. I think the only thing that escaped this
crazy obsession was pancakes and ice cream. She lived.

None of my girls like mayo, but once when the oldest started putting
ketchup on her scrambled eggs (I have NO idea where that started) the
other three followed suit.

My weirdest breakfast happened recently -- Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles.
Fried chicken and waffles. It's weird, but it works. I was vending masks
in Long Beach last month and some friends went by and picked up
breakfast for us all. I didn't order the onion gravy that comes with it
(if I'd only known!) It's one of those once in a lifetime things for me.
I can honestly say I've BTDT now.

Chicken. And. Waffles. Dangerous.

I consider that "experimentation". Everyone goes through that phase. I
won't blame anyone for wrong choices during that kind of situation.

Now had she wanted to put the ketchup on her ice cream, I might consider
that an issue.

I'd have considered it a terrorist act against my crucial food
supplies and would have seriously considered torture ....eating old
brussel sprouts w/o salt..... as apt punishment. :|

Actually, tomato paste in mac and cheese is not so bad.
Especially if you add a bit of Italian sausage....

To me, it's eggs and hot dogs. I don't use it in mac and cheese, but I
have used tomato paste; But then it becomes an italian dish with basil,
oregano and garlic.

Then it is no longer just mac and cheese. <g>

Just like adulterating a BLT makes it no longer a BLT!

I hardly think anyone expected the surveys to come up at any particular
time. Oh, 2 o'clock, let me try for a TFH.

<grin> Not likely, no.

However, I do try and vary the 'activate' times; this is an
international group after all - and I like to give the interested
parties in the many time zones an equal chance for a TFH.

Nope; never.

If fries need something then I will use tartar sauce with tabasco or ranch
with pico pica.

I think that's a great idea. Even just in the US, the time difference
matters. I just don't think there are people hovering, hoping every
day to win the hat. Heh.

Thanks for doing the surveys, I appreciate it and it's always
amusing to see what people have to say about them.

So do I.

Nowadays I check voter results first to make sure somebody has voted so I
don't win another stinkin' TFH! LOL!

I've fought off alien mind invasion for so long, they've all packed up and
gone home in frustration.

"He didn't know anything, anyway" was their last comment before they left.

Don't forget to write!!!

Ya gotta lettem get too close with a 12 gauge, even a slug. And I
appreciate my shoulder remaining unbruised and my hearing at its
current lack of depth, thankyouverymuch. My FIL's M1 sounds like a
cannon (even when hearing protection is used) and has plenty of power
without the back-coil; a truly fun gun to fire. His Remington 30-06
semiautomatic is much quieter but you know you've been shooting after
visiting the range.

I don't toast it at all so any heat applied to bread would make it
stinky.

Well, if they'd quit taking "naps" and be available 24/7 to check in on the
surveys, it would hardly be a problem. :-)

You are redeemed. Two extra points for correct nomenclature.
