Default simple dinner

Salmon filet, done in a cast iron pan with olive oil - freshly ground
lemon pepper on the skinless side. Browned the flesh side first,
flipped and cooked through (covered) on the skin side. Served it with
steamed julienned zucchini and carrot (tossed with a smidgen of butter
and a pinch or two of parmesan cheese.... quinoa made with equal parts
beef broth and water - green onion added at the end.

Fast, easy and delicious!

Please describe how you grind lemon pepper freshly.

For the most part, yes! I'm no fool, I let him into the kitchen to
cook too. Mainly I'm feeling "so many recipes, so little time".

The huge positive is things are a lot more equitable now that hubby
has an inkling of how to cook. He definitely does more for himself,
helps me out more and gets out of the way when he's not helping.

Still getting used to it sky. It's like going from a Chevy beater to
a brand new Porsche.

Same way you'd grind any other pepper or pepper mix. It comes in one
of those grinder containers. I think I bought it at Trader Joe's.
