I certainly did post a recipe. It was snipped and pasted from my blog and I
also added a link to a photo of panzanella. Sorry you missed it, but it is
here somewhere.

Panzanella is made in Tuscany and Umbria. If your friend is from a
different region, it's as unfamiliar to her as it is to any American.
