Interesting.

Last week picked up some (5) giant beets at the farmers market in SLO. 2 I
sliced tops & all & cooked with a 50/50 mix of water & white vinegar. Nice.

The other 3 I sliced into 4ths and grilled - Grilled beets - Very nice.
