Default Question for somebody who has ALL of Rick Bayless's cookbooks, or maybe just the right one

On "Top Chef Masters," Bayless made a "signature dish" of rack of lamb with
pasilla chiles and figs. Anybody know if that recipe appears in any of his
cookbooks?

(I'd think a *signature* dish would be a fixture on the menu of one of his
restaurants, but it wasn't on the menus posted at the web site for
Topolobampo or Frontera Grill. Of course, the menus change frequently, so
maybe it was offered earlier in the year -- but fig season is NOW!)
