or a core Why should cabbages be any different Suppose they are/aren't Does that mean the woody stump leftover after you've eaten the leaves is rich in nutrient goodies or not? Dad watched me quartering a cabbage this afternoon for steaming, and slicing out the core. He immediately grabbed the core quarters and prepped them for himself as a treat. :-) Peel, steam, slice and serve with a little salt. -- Peace!
