We got home from the movie (Julie and Julia) around 6:30. What's for
dinner? Boeuf bourguignon came up often in the story, but I don't have the ingredients on hand. So it's beef short ribs cooked in wine and stock with shallots, garlic, thyme and bay leaves. Dinner will be late, y'all. -- modom |

The scene in the movie is well played with almost no speaking except for Stanley Tucci (Paul) saying to her "I know...I know." -- modom |

Since I had to make a big batch ( 4 packages) I used a separate crock pot for for the veggies while the Dutch oven was in the slow slow oven. Dimitri |
