Default Supper tonight

I gots a nice boneless leg of lamb in the oven....now if only the rain lets up I'll grill some asparagus
for it. If the rain doesn't let up it's french cut green beans/ with sliceds almonds.

How didi you dress / season the lamb? Just onion, celery and carrot? Spices?

Salt, Pepper, mustard seed & tarragon...I made up a blend. Cooked at 400F in a convection oven.

I loves day old lamb sandwiches.

Try a little butter and dill weed with the green beans, and replace
almonds with sliced mushrooms?

Why? I likes sliced almonds with my green beans; but I might add some sliced brown button
mushrooms, Sauted with some juilened red bell pepper.

Or maybe tossed with a little olive oil, some grated lemon rind and some
finely chopped, toasted hazelnuts.
