Here's the very one Mr. Alton Brown uses... It's great for almost all
your thermometering needs - just don't get it near the grill...

I find they're great...someone did say that the probe can't go above a
certain temp, but I don't cook my meat that high.

I'm giving that to some family this Xmas as well. I think it's worth
it.
