I, too, am from MA and wasn't crazy about Ted years ago but he redeemed himself in my eyes by words and deeds. I watched a bit of the mass on TV this morning and was very, very impressed with Ted Jr's tribute. His words reflected one terrific family's dynamic--they pulled together during good times and bad. Had to leave the house before The Pres spoke but I'll find it online. He lost a faithful ally this week. gloria p |

I started out lukewarm at best toward Kennedy, but he has just done so much good. He even cleaned up his personal act after he remarried. I want to hear all of the tributes. The ones I did hear were very interesting and touching. Ted Jr's tribute today was very moving. I found myself thinking HE could go into politics. I rather liked him (from what he said.) -- Jean B. |
