Default Ensure and White Castle

Victor sent this link to the other Ensure thread.

<http://ensure.com/recipes/index.aspx>

Mostly the expected bunch of smoothies, but I was interested in the
few savoury suggestions.
If the essential, life-saving function of this stuff is for nutrition
when normal eating isn't possible, and the taste of things is low on
the priority list, why would you mix it into the cornbread topping on
a casserole? or any of those other things.

Reminded me that I once had a cookbook put out by the White Castle
hamburger chain. All about repurposing the sliders. A few were wierd
and interesting enough that I brought them to parties. Most were
versions of "buy a twelve-pack, throw out the pickles, put'em in a pan
and cover them with cheese/tomato/mushroom soup/sauce". A disturbing
number were, like the Ensure list, basically good recipies, ruined by
throwing in a handful of the sponsor's product.
