Default supper tonight

A mixed up spinach salad.

Spinach of course, radishes, celery, grape tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, slices off of a left
over roast beef, sliced almonds and sliced hard boiled eggs. Dressed with, bottled ranch with bacon
dressing.

Most of this was sliced on my mandoline.

Tastes great.

Sounds lovely (except I can't abide bottled ranch, but still, I bet
you'd save me a serving to dress as I like, huh? :-)

Tonight, we're having bean burritos. A little boring to me, but James
loves them, and I can do the vegan thing while he adds cheese, so we're
both happy.
