Janet,

I saw the U.S. Open tennis championships, briefly. I'm not a real tennis
fan but I DO admire the sport.

I saw the TV news about Serena Williams.

I guess when you're on top of your game you're bound to blow off some steam
(once in a while in public). Shame, she (and the officials/press) all over-
reacted!!!

Who wouldn't like to blow off the officials. What sport/talent is there in
officiating tennis?

Imho,

Andy

I don't agree. . .but, if you follow that line of thought, doesn't it apply
to all sport? I admire the officials in all sport, my eyes just aren't that
fast to catch everything.
Besides, officiating is dangerous. You either get run over, hit by a
projectile or take a punch in a fight. ;o}

I just discovered European football, not soccer, but a bunch of rather
scantily clad guys tossing an american style football around and
tackling each other! Much more aesthetically interesting than soccer or
american football.

This new digital t.v. has lots more european stuff on it than the old
broadcast t.v. so now im hoping for rugby broadcasts

Now San Diego vs Oakland.

Reminds me of a historical last play, no seconds left, triple funble
Oakland victory!

Set an NFL precedent.

WTF, Raiders ain't done nothing since 1984. DAMMIT!

Tracy,

Time comes the Raiders get another Superbowl victory... I'll... I'll...
well, I'll do something I'm not used to doing.

I might have a full strength Budweiser!
