Chinese ISP (now blacklisted on several oz ISPs) Fast eh <wink>
Google from where the replys are directed (auto response received)
Host of the spam site
Visa and Mastercard (in oz they get captured also )
As the site has no local address or Phone contact

one of the redirects on another associated site of the spammer
comes out of an Aussie ISP on the same merchant account
as the spammer Ugg boot site

I have a *thing* about copy cat Chinese
using an Australian Iconic name without regard
to trademark etc
see various quoted from Oz Govt Ip protection issues
Goes for the septic tanks (yanks) as well

UGG Boots

The usage of the words 'UGG' and 'UGH' in relation to sheepskin

boots by Australian manufacturers came to the attention of IP Australia
through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and media reports.

The issue has provoked considerable media attention as manufacturers of
sheepskin boots expressed their concern over action taken by the owner
of trade marks containing UGH and UGG.

There was discussion over whether these words can function as trade
marks or are really generic terms

The issue first attracted media attention when American-based company,
UGG Holdings Inc (a subsidiary of Deckers Outdoor Corporation),

apparently threatened to litigate against Australian exporters and
United States importers of sheepskin boots may have been using the terms
UGG and UGH in trade marks,

as descriptions of their goods or in relation to Internet activities.
Deckers Outdoor Corporation owned registered trade marks in Australia
for the words

UGH-BOOTS and UGH, and for a logo featuring the words UGG, AUSTRALIA
and a stylised picture of the SUN (the UGG logo). They are also the
owner of trade marks in the United States.

When were Deckers’ trade marks registered?

For Reference > http://www.ipaustralia.gov.au/

I also have an agenda for every Chinese copy MFG that I knock off
certain folks shout a meal and a few drinks

We all used to live and work there .

The Chinese knock offs area lousy boot any way .

I have never seen them. Maybe my news server filters them out, maybe
I do... but they are not an issue. Thanks.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
