My first choice is a basic tomato/cheese pie
with enough oregano to notice.

And...... LOTS of cheese !

Makes it easy to pick the good pizza shops from the "average".

Still, it looks pretty good. I'd add a bit more cheese though..... and some
Kalamata olives, rather than those Spanish blacks.
