Any other fans of this Japanese"noodle shop" movie about food, life,
and sex while also parodying the spaghetti western genre? One of the many food items prepared in the movie is a rice omelet in a glorious closeup. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. I did not know such a thing existed before I saw this movie. I'm only so-so in the filled omelet making category so I just make rice/egg scramble. :-) |

Google "omu rice" for the omelet dish. It's a great very late night snack. -aem |
