Default English breakfasts again

There was a discussion here a bit ago about English breakfasts.

Well here's a cracker of an English breakfast served at Mario's Cafe
in Westhoughton, Bolton which is a couple of miles from me.

Looks delicious, but could you do it?

More to the point, why would you want to? That's an entire week's worth
