Default Breakfast & Lunch maybe dinner?

Breakfast & Lunch maybe dinner?

Sensing a fall cooling in the air this morning, I whipped up a big pot of
spaghetti (3/4 box, unbroken) tossed with 12 oz. low sodium tomato paste, dry
basil, garlic powder, oregano, fresh Parmesan cheese and a dozen meatless
meatballs and a tall glass of ice cold chocolate milk.

Extremely delicious! And so filling I fell back asleep in the La-Z-Boy for a
few more hours.

Easily enough left for dinner. :9

You?

I find that if you saute' the meatless ones with alittle garlic and onion that
they hold together better, and taste seems to be more palatable.

Next batch!

I'm sick of spaghetti and meatballs until tomorrow. I had breakfast and lunch
of it. One zip-loc tubfull left over for tomorrow.

I wasn't bashful reclining in the kitchen La-Z-Boy, watching morning news,
eating straight from the pot on my lap at sunrise. I don't imagine anyone
else on Earth has ever done that (no bets!
