![]() I finished the lasagna I made the pasta for. It turned out great. There is just so much to the post that I'm taking the lazy way out and not duplicating the blog post here. I'm not advertising for my non-commercial blog but the step by step is there if you are interested. I used mushrooms, leeks and tomato. The cheese I used was ricotta and Parmesan. I ended up making it with a Mornay sauce. http://i35.tinypic.com/1o96yr.jpg Now off to make the Damsel's Tarragon Chicken. koko -- There is no love more sincere than the love of food George Bernard Shaw www.kokoscorner.typepad.com updated 09/27 |

I've posted links to my albums numerous times and am starting to add recipes to the captions under the pics. It's not a blog, but then, I don't know how to _make_ a blog or I would consider it. Have _I_ ever objected to you pimping your website? So long as you are a regular food talk contributer and not here JUST to pimp the website, I have no issue with it. Your problem is you got no group creds, dude! Bad enough you jump into every cat fight that comes along, but worse, you keep changing your ID. No one wants to spend time trying to figure out who you are, this week. Or are you just trying to evade kill files, which is just as lame. If someone KFs you, be grateful and move on. nb |

I know some people have me kf'd and I really have finally learned not to care. <g> I only morph now when I'm stalking a particular troll, and that is rare. I used to do it more until I finally realized how childish it was. I really don't have the time any more with all the PT I have to do to stay mobile...
