Outstanding. Not only does it look delicious, the photos are great.
Love the veggie combination.

Thanks Lynne, the slices are of the cauliflower stem. I buy whole
cauliflowers and long time ago I used to just take the florets off and
chuck the stem. That was until one day I decided to chop it and steam it
with the rest of the 'flower.

This time, I wanted to see what they would taste like as chips.

They were crunchy and sweet :-)

Next time I'll pan fry them in long slices, rather than small discs :-)

Many thanks.

Pics and dish inspired by you, of course :-)

The visual is a *huge* part of the meal, I must do more of the 'eating
with your eyes' stuff .........

http://living.aol.com/gmc-trade-secr...with-your-eyes

The SO says I get all 'arty-farty' and drag the camera into the kitchen
after watching cooking shows on Pay TV ;-)

But looking at the plating (in hindsight), there's a Freudian thing going
on there. The things I like the most and eat first are closest, the things
I like least are further away!!

I'll have to be mindful of that next time!! :-)
