Default Curry and casserole

Since my sandwich lunch, I've prepped 6 kgs of blade (meat) for assorted
curries and a casserole. I think when I bought it all I secretly had an
idea of another curry night at my place :-)

At the moment, I have a smoky beef and red wine casserole bubbling away,
and whipped up a quick Korma curry as well.

Now I just have to think about what I want to do with the other 3kgs of
cubed beef.
