For the Cookalong, I am making Sheldon's Chili Muy Bueno (the recipe is
not in front of me, but I think that is what it is called), but I will
omit the beans. That is the only change in the recipe I plan to make. I
have cooked chili all my life, but I have never cooked Sheldon's chili.
I have made several recipes that were posted in this group, but not this
one. It should be fun. I will take before & after photos.

Hmmm. Does that mean I can? :-)

I've been going through a lot of the recipes I've stashed away on
the computer. (Haven't tackled the ones in the file cabinet.)
