Default OMG! nice sale on cookingwares!

I found a really nice sale 40% price for the Twilling/henckel Cermax
series knives and scanpan set with a pan, sautee pan with lid and a
pot, all with titanium nonstick coating

The knife has 66 rockwell hardness, compared to my other scanpan
damascus 33 layer VG10 steel knives that are 61 rockwell.

The sautee pan is awesome for my newfound stable "pointy cabbage" if
thats the real name.

How close is your pointy cabbage to regular round in taste? It looks
like a dead ringer... except for the point, of course. I'm thinking
I'll forward the recipe where you used cabbage instead of pasta to my
soon to be DIL because she has a (newly discovered) gluten intolerance
and is looking for gluten free recipes.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

It is more tender and mellow in taste. But you could use white cabbage
as well.
