Default Pointed Cabbage with red lentils

You need:

Pointed cabbage
Honey
olive oil, butter or a bit of both
heavy cream
Red lentils
Water
A pot
A pan with aluminum foil or a lid
If you are used to using lots of salt, I guess you should add some of
that, too, but I dont see the need for it.

Procedu

Preboil your red lentils in water but take them off, before they are
done.

Slice your pointed cabbage, heat the oil/butter sautee the cabbage,
untill some of it gets a tad brown , add some honey, let it brown a
bit on some of the cabage, dont overdo it.
Add some water, not too much, put on the lid/foil.
When the water has evaporated add the lentils and cream. Let it simmer
until it thickens a bit.

This can be served with a steak, chicken breast, prok chop , or just
eaten as a veggie dish.
It is awesome and nutritious.
