Any of you have "Charcuterie" by Ruhlman? I'm thinking about buying it
for a friend for Xmas, and am looking for opinions- thanks!

One of the few I don't have, but I'm interested in. Let me know what
feedback you get, so I'll know if to 'ask Santa' for it or not.
