More yogurt dipped Walker's shortbread cookies. And a tall glass of ice- cold milk. Dammit. But what the heck? There's a "Northeaster" blowing by, remnants of Hurricane Ida. Gotta keep on my toes. Oh and a multivitamin! Morning news talking heads report some NJ, USA beaches are gone. This is where the surfers should be!!! Best, Andy |

And high carb. ;-) I love Capt'n Crunch cereal (with crunchberries) but have not had them in years... 'mornin' PVC! <waves> Not sure what I'll have for brunch today. It's too early to eat right now. I have to work until around noon today, then I'll come home and decide. Probably home made sausage lettuce wraps. I've got some lovely little romaine hearts in the 'frige. -- Peace! Bacon, fried potatoes with chiles, eggs and avocado slices with buttered soft wheat toast. Wife's day off, and that's what she asked for. The avocado is in a perfect stage of ripeness. --Bryan |

Not here, all bases closed for 2nd day in a row. I get to work from home on PL/SQL tutorials (grin). I'm in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton. So, mixed up some biscuits and gravy. For the gravy I mixed 50/50 turkey sausage (local brand) and Jimmy dean pork (medium). Pretty good. |

The first photo shows before and after, you have to click on the next photos to fade between before and after. You can see why they would not let residents back on the island for a week, it was such a mess. http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/200...icane_ike.html Becca |

Being different is my favorite thing!!! No points for coffee. I've been out of the loop for ages, but can still taste it! ![]() Anyway, stay OFF the sidewalk cracks. I would not know what to suggest for a meal, other than to say just have whatever you are in the mood for. Having a well stocked fridge, even when just cooking for yourself has it's merits. I'm having pretty regular hours now, but I remember when I didn't. I also remember the restaurants were closed when I was in the mood for specific things that are normally only available from around 11am ~ 12am. Bob |
