One-of-Those-Days Breakfasts?

French toasted grilled cheese x 2 sandwiches and a tall glass of V-8. Just
about out of V8. Whill have to remedy that later.

Wholewheat toast with the soft cow's milk cheese TMU made this week
(plus one lactase tablet for me), one slice with strawberry jam, handful
of pistachios and the decaf.
