Default Tday turkey help needed - Jaques and Julia Cook at Home

Caught the Thanksgiving feast episode from Jaques and Julia Cook at
Home, and decided to prepare my turkey that way.

I ordered the DVD set and the book - the DVD's have arrived, but the
book has not!

In the program they give the cooking temp, but never the time. Could
someone check their copy for the cooking time?

TIA

D.

Are you referring to Julia's "Deconstructed Turkey" or Jacques's "Turkey
Galantine"? Either sounds like quite an effort!

They don't give a name in the DVD, but it sounds like "Deconstructed
Turkey". (You remove the thigh quarter and back, and roast the breast
on a mound of stuffing with the thighs lying in the roasting pan.)

It's not really all that much effort to deconstruct.
