I'm not really a Christmas nut. Frankly, I can care less, but I did
taste some really nice Christmas foods from my friends. Gosh, those
cookies were great. Here's the recipe to my favorite cookies in case
you want to get in the Christmas spirit. It's so easy to make, too.
Here's the link. They're delicious.

Robert, thank you for posting this link. I learned some ingredient
changes for shortbread textures I had not known of before, so I may be
experimenting soon. I like to experiment, thereby making recipes
better suited to my own and others tastes. Today I will be making
changes to a Borden's recipe for Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate
Chip cookies, pirmarily because I have enough quick breads and cookies
"cranberried" now. And eldest gran, Tiara Leanne, asked me to make
and name for her "TeeLee Cookies" that have pineapple and coconut in
them. This Borden's recipe will be simple, changing the cranberries
out for apricots in a doubled bake (as in twice the original recipe
amount), and next changing them out for pineapple plus coconut for
another double bake. Perhaps these will be the last of my Christmas
baking (she said)....Picky

Oh my GODS that sounds incredible! I love cranberries in sweets. One of
my favorite things is Lemon Cranberry pound cake from Whole Foods Market.
