![]() I have no recipe. We bought a package of heat-&-serve pad thai -- or pud thai; I've seen both Romanizations -- and decided our diet could stand it if we went way easy on the sauce, which seemed to contain most or all of the salt. I kept the rest of the sauce. It's labeled "Annie Chun's pad thai sauce." Will it keep sitting out in a room? If not, will refrigeration save it? At the rate we dare use it, it'd take a long time to use it up... -- Beartooth Staffwright, Neo-Redneck Not Quite Clueless Power User I have precious (very precious!) little idea where up is. |

What does the label say? I'm betting it says "refrigerate after opening." It will keep in the fridge for maybe a week. Remember this was part of a packaged meal, not a separate item. > It will keep in the fridge for maybe a week. I'll pitch what I have, and look for it in a separate package. -- Beartooth Implacable, PhD, Neo-Redneck Linux Convert What do they know of country, who only country know? |
