Am considering trying Paddlefish caviar since it is a farmed product,
so no guilt trip. :-) I've had some of the less expensive fresh caviars from Central Market in the past, but have mostly eaten "Rominoff" brand Lumpfish caviar, which is essentially canned fish eggs. No comparison at _all_ to the fresh stuff. Has anyone tried the paddlefish caviar and if so, were you impressed? C. |
