Is there any simple recipe out there that is both healthy and tasty (alot of
times that seems to work against each other...) and doesnt require alot of preps? I live in a small place without a kitchen and only have an induction cooker (1300 watt) and sometimes eating outside everyday isnt too good for my health. Im eating noodles everyday because its the simplest but im getting tired of it! Wish I have some hamburger helpers (cant get that in taiwan...) |

What ingredients do you have available to work from? Do you have a refrigerator? How about this: chop a hot chile, sice a small piece of beef thin, slice an onion thin. Boil some water and pour it over the above ingredients in a bowl. You'll need enough water to cover things, but not too much. Add some fish sauce, mint leaves (or basil), and lime juice. Maybe some chopped hard boiled egg, too. And cilantro. modom |
