It takes about a stack and half to use up half a container of Seafood
Cheese Spread from Sam's Club. I knew you'd want this information.
(Excuse me while I puke.)

ROFL!!!! I needed to know something like this because I have ordered some
cheese logs and roast beef and ham from The Swiss Colony to be sent to the
office the week of 12/1 for snacking upon. Guess I'll take a few barf bags
(they're really leftover Halloween Trick-r-Treat bags!)

We use cocktail sauce instead of chili sauce, and we don't mix them
together--just layer them on top of the cream cheese. It's also good with
shrimp instead of crab, and with Breton crackers or water crackers instead
of Triscuits, but Triscuits are good with everything!

Lots of variations on this theme. I've done it in layers, too. Also
have used cocktail sauce. I usually use Bennett's Chili Sauce Relish,
which contains tiny bits of red and green peppers and onion. When I use
that, I add a a teaspoon or two or horseradish, a teaspoon of
Worcestershire sauce, and a dash or two of Tabasco Sauce.

I've never tried it with shrimp, but I bet that's really tasty. Since I
love shrimp I really must try it.

Thanks, Rona...

You are *NOT* supposed to eat the even half of the container in one sitting.
You sound about like Margaret with her chocolate...

I can sympathize. We hosted a bunch of Swedish businessmen two weeks
ago and I ended up throwing away the rest of the Norwegian smoked slab
salmon and the salmon spread from Costco because I was snacking on way
too much of it after they left.
